The Pour Table · Pilot program open

A sommelier at every table.

An interactive multi-touch table for tasting rooms, wine bars and shops. Your wines, told the way you'd tell them, to every guest at once, in their language.

Why a table

Your best stories don't reach every glass.

  • 31%

of US wine drinkers are now Millennials, and many of them don't feel confident picking a bottle.

  • 5–12%

of tasting room guests join the wine club. The rest leave without a way to come back.

  • 1 host

can only tell the story at one table at a time, and Saturdays are never one table.

How it works

A visit, from the first touch to the bottle home.

  1. 01 / 05

Everything about a wine, in their language

Bottle details, pairings, aromas, the vineyard it comes from and more, in multiple languages.

  2. 02 / 05

They explore, or your team leads

Guests can browse at their own pace, or your staff can guide the tasting the way you want it told.

  3. 03 / 05

    Every glass tells its story

Notes in plain language, what to eat with it, the vineyard it comes from and the people who made it. Told your way.

  4. 04 / 05

Like having a sommelier at the table

The table presents each wine the way a sommelier in your tasting room would: what to look for in the glass, how to enjoy it and what to try next.

  5. 05 / 05

    Make every visit memorable

Guests play together, like guessing the aroma in their glass. The tasting turns into a visit they remember, and into moments they'll want to post.

What's on the table

Everything a great host would say. At every seat.

  • Guided flights

Walk guests through your flight glass by glass, with the order and the story you choose.

  • Your story, your photos

Your vineyard, your winemaker, your history. The table speaks like your team does.

  • Notes in plain words

No wine vocabulary needed. Aromas, body and pairings anyone can follow.

  • Multiple languages

Guests switch languages with one tap, and the whole table follows.

  • From six wines to 2,000

A short flight or a full shop catalog, searchable by mood, meal or price.

A nudge to buy

Every visit should end with a bottle.

As guests explore and taste, the table nudges them to take a favorite home, while the glass is still in their hand. Friendly, well-timed, never pushy.

1+

bottle per visit. That's the goal the table works toward, at every seat.

QR take-home

The tasting goes home with them. So do you.

One scan at the table saves everything they tasted in the Pour app. From then on you have a direct line to that guest, long after they've walked out the door.

  • They scan, the tasting is theirs

The wines they tried, the notes and your story, saved on their phone in the Pour app.

  • You keep an open channel

Every scan is a guest you can reach again: a new release, an event, a bottle back in stock.

  • A nudge at the right moment

Send a friendly reminder of the wine they loved, and give them a reason to come back or reorder.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us.

Where does the table go?

Anywhere guests sit or stand, as long as it's indoors and away from direct sun, which washes out any screen. We check the space with you before it arrives.

What does it need to run?

A power outlet and a Wi-Fi connection, which keeps your wines and the dashboard up to date.

Which languages does it speak?

English and Spanish for now, with more on the way. We translate your content, and you can review every word.

Who updates the wines?

We build everything at the start. After that you can edit wines, flights and photos yourself from the dashboard, or ask us to.

Who owns the data?

You do. We use it to run your dashboard and improve the table, and we never sell it.

What does the pilot cost?

Nothing. The pilot is free for a set period. It includes the table, the setup and your wine content, and you get analytics back: how guests used the table and which wines interested them most.

What happens when the pilot ends?

You decide whether you want a Pour Table, with no obligation. If you keep it, you get a lifetime discount for being an early adopter.

I'm interested, what's next?

Request a demo through our form and pick one of your wines. On the demo, we show you how that wine looks on the table. If you like what you see, we set a date for your pilot. When it ends, you decide whether to get a table.
